Kyobo Securities said on Thursday it is openly recruiting job-linked interns for the first half of 2026.
The recruitment targets the IT division in line with the accelerating trend of digital transformation (DX). Applicants must be four-year university graduates or expected graduates, or have capabilities equivalent to that level.
The hiring process will proceed in the order of document screening, a written test and working-level interviews. Selected candidates will begin an internship of about 4 weeks from March.
After completing the internship, candidates will go through an executive interview. Only the final successful applicants will be hired as full-time employees at grade 5.
Lee Kyung-min, head of Kyobo Securities' HR Support Department, said he hopes for strong interest and applications from candidates who can lead changes in the future financial environment based on IT technical capabilities.
