Forestsoft and Hanbit Media Group's AI education company Hanbitn said on Thursday they signed a business partnership to help develop South Korea's AI education ecosystem.

Forestsoft will be responsible for producing AI lectures and supporting instructors, while Hanbitn will oversee overall education business operations, including commercialisation, distribution and marketing of education content.

Based on the partnership, they plan cooperation in joint branding and marketing; producing AI lectures and supporting instructors; cooperation on commercialisation, distribution and marketing of education content; mutual use of resources held by both companies, including platforms, offline education spaces and AI technology-based solution infrastructure; joint planning and development of new AI technology-based education content; and joint promotion of education projects, including government-supported programmes, and forming consortia.

They plan to use their platforms, offline education spaces and AI technology-based solution infrastructure. They also plan to share related information and expand opportunities for joint participation in various education projects, including government-supported programmes.

Forestsoft CEO Bong-ju Park (박봉주) said, "As AI technology advances, the importance of education content that helps people effectively use it in actual work and learning is also growing." He added, "Through cooperation with Hanbitn, we will create various education opportunities where AI technology and education content can be organically connected."

Hanbitn CEO Baek-jun Lim (임백준) said, "In AI education, beyond delivering the technology itself, the process of turning it into content that learners can actually use is important." He added, "By combining Forestsoft's AI technology and professional capabilities with Hanbitn's strengths in content planning, distribution and marketing, we will expand practical AI education content."
