Douzone Bizon took part in AI Festa 26 held at Seoul's COEX from Oct. 6 to 8 and shared its direction for AI transformation (AX) in workplaces.

Douzone Bizon Co-CEO Ji Yong-gu (지용구) spoke as a presenter at the AIR (AI Realization) Showcase, a pitching lecture programme focused on demonstrating AI technologies. Under the theme, "New standards for corporate operations in the AI Native Enterprise era," he outlined stages of enterprise AI evolution, from connected work (DX) to intelligent decision-making (AX) and autonomous task execution (Agentic AI). He also presented questions companies must answer for themselves at each stage.

Ji said the shift to an AI-native enterprise does not stop at bringing in AI tools, but is a process of resetting operating standards for working with AI. He stressed that AI governance is not a barrier that blocks AI, but an operating infrastructure that creates trusted execution within an organisation.

“An AI-native enterprise is only completed when a company’s data, rules and accountability structure are designed together,” Ji said. “Douzone Bizon will present a reliable AI execution environment on top of companies’ real-world data and lead the spread of AX among South Korean companies,” he said.
