Wemade Connect has expanded the service regions for the mobile subculture RPG "Make Drama: MAD" to North America, Europe and Taiwan.
Wemade Max said on Wednesday that its subsidiary Wemade Connect has officially launched "Make Drama: MAD" in global markets. The game was developed by Fluffydog.
The game was first launched in South Korea in June and entered overseas service about 4 months later. Wemade Connect plans to operate it under a "global one build" model that provides the same content to users worldwide.
The service platform has also been expanded. In addition to One Store and Google Play, the game will also be available on Apple's App Store and Google Play Games.
To coincide with the global launch, the company added a new character, "Isabel", and a dedicated partner story. It also introduced character growth content called "Sacred Power Infusion". It will also run an in-game event, "Demons Royal", that offers rewards.
A PC version is also in preparation. The game is currently accepting wishlist registrations on its Steam store page, and the company plans to support cross-platform play between mobile and PC after releasing the Steam version.
"Make Drama: MAD" is an adults-only mobile subculture RPG centered on collecting and developing "bishoujo" characters. It offers Live 2D-based character presentation and interaction content.
Jung-hoon Lee (이정훈), chief executive of Fluffydog, said, "Starting with this global launch, we will provide stable service and content to users at home and abroad."
