[DigitalToday reporter Hyunwoo Chu (추현우)] Seorin C&I, a computer parts importer and distributor, launched Thermal Grizzly's high-performance thermal grease Hydronaut Pro in South Korea.
Hydronaut Pro comes in 3 versions: 2 grams, 6 grams and 30 grams. It targets high-performance PCs and overclocking systems, as well as custom water-cooling environments using large-contact heat sinks and industrial systems.
A key feature is its silicone-free formula. It does not use silicone-based oil and is designed to reduce bleeding and pump-out in environments with repeated temperature changes and slight movement. The company said it does not harden easily over time, helping maintain cooling performance over long periods. It is also non-conductive, reducing risks from electrical conduction when used on CPUs and nearby components.
The product also focuses on ease of use. The package uses a zipper bag to protect against external shocks and make it easier to store leftover grease. It comes with a dedicated applicator and a spatula, the TG Spatula Pro, allowing users to spread a thin, even layer without additional tools. Seorin C&I recommends removing any existing residue before application, cleaning the CPU and cooler contact surfaces, and then applying an appropriate amount evenly.
