Enhans, an enterprise agentic AI company, said on Sept. 17 it raised 51.2 billion won in a Series C funding round. Enhans' total funding rose to 81.0 billion won.
The Series C round was co-led by existing shareholder Timefolio Asset Management and new investor Stonebridge Ventures. POSCO Technology Investment, LG CNS and Lotte Ventures also participated, joining as new shareholders. The company stressed that this was the first time an affiliate of a customer group made a strategic investment in Enhans.
According to the company, Enhans' AgentOS structures data and work rules dispersed across corporate systems such as SAP, including ERP and CRM, into an ontology. It connects them so AI agents can make decisions based on that structure and carry out actual work tasks.
Because it is not tied to a specific AI model, companies can directly control everything from data to AI decision-making and execution.
Enhans also stressed that it has built and operated AI in real work environments at large companies, rather than stopping at proof of concept. It said customer references accumulated in that process and its ontology-based data and work-connection technology were assessed as key strengths during the investment process.
Enhans will use the funding to upgrade AgentOS data, process and execution infrastructure.
Enhans Chief Executive Seung-hyun Lee (이승현) said the core of sovereign AI lies not only in models but in an operating system that enables companies and countries to directly run and control their own data and AI decision-making and execution. "Based on customer success cases built up from manufacturing, finance and distribution sites to core public-sector work, we will set the standard for an AI-native OS chosen by global companies and governments," he said.
