Korea Investment Securities is recruiting new employees in the second half across the securities business, including wealth management (PB), investment banking (IB) and information technology (IT).

Korea Investment Securities said on Tuesday it will run its "2026 second-half open recruitment for new employees" through Oct. 19.

Anyone with at least a four-year bachelor’s degree can apply regardless of major. Those expected to graduate in February 2027 are also eligible to apply.

The hiring process will proceed in order from document screening to a job competency assessment, an artificial intelligence (AI) interview, first and second interviews, and a final interview.

Korea Investment Securities conducts open recruitment for new employees every year. The company explained that it is continuing a talent development policy aimed at securing top talent on an ongoing basis, rather than artificially adjusting hiring size or timing despite changes in the securities industry environment.

It will also continue, for the 24th year, recruitment briefings in which top management visit universities in person.

This year, it will hold recruitment briefings at Sungkyunkwan University on Sept. 29, Seoul National University on Oct. 1, Korea University on Oct. 7 and Yonsei University on Oct. 13.

Namgoo Kim (김남구), chairman of Korea Financial Group, will visit Seoul National University and Korea University. Seonghwan Kim (김성환), CEO of Korea Investment Securities, is scheduled to meet students at Sungkyunkwan University and Yonsei University.

At the briefings, top management will directly explain the company’s vision and the type of talent it seeks, and answer students’ questions. Attendees will also receive additional points in the document screening stage when applying for this open recruitment. Those who apply in advance can also take part in a Q&A session with recruitment staff.

A Korea Investment Securities official said, "From the perspective of talent management in which people are competitiveness itself, we consistently recruit new employees every year." The official added, "It is our management policy for top management to step forward to meet talent directly and grow together."
