ITCEN Core said on Sept. 14 it has formally launched Nomu365, a cloud-based HR and payroll platform that bundles software with labor services, in cooperation with labor law firm C&B HR.

Nomu365 focuses on reducing labor risks for small business owners and small and medium-sized enterprises by automatically linking everything from clock-in and clock-out records to attendance aggregation and payroll calculation.

When workers record clock-ins and clock-outs using a QR code or mobile app, attendance is automatically aggregated, and overtime, night and holiday work hours are reflected in wage calculations without separate input. Workplaces that operate comprehensive wage contracts can automatically back-calculate how many hours of overtime work are included in fixed allowances.

Workers can also check their own clock-in and clock-out records and remaining annual leave days directly in the app, and issue employment and career certificates immediately when needed.

Fees are a fixed rate per workplace rather than per person. The Basic plan costs 22,000 won per month for up to 10 people, but will be offered at 11,000 won per month through the end of this year to mark the launch. The Premium plan adds outsourced labor services from C&B HR, including payroll management, management of the four major social insurance programs and severance pay, in addition to the platform’s full functions.

ITCEN Core CEO Kim Wan-ho (김완호) said smaller workplaces often do not have dedicated labor staff, leaving business owners to shoulder the burden of recording work hours and calculating wages. He said Nomu365 automates the process while also providing specialized services from a labor law firm, making it possible to secure a system and expert support at once. Kim said the company will grow it into a service that is actually used in the field as the regulatory environment changes rapidly.
