Naver union seeks court injunction to access board minutes, shareholder register
Naver’s labour union said on Sunday it filed an injunction at Suwon District Court to obtain access to the company’s board meeting minutes and shareholder register. The union said the filing follows a lack of response to demands it submitted to the board in December. It said the move was a legitimate exercise of shareholder rights to check whether a decision to allow a workplace bullying case figure to return followed legal procedures.
