Google launches \'Gemini 4 Carbon\' with enhanced cybersecurity performance

Google unveiled a new AI model, Gemini 4 Carbon, aimed at improving coding, agentic work and cybersecurity performance. The Verge reported it ranked first in the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index (v5.0), ahead of Anthropic Claude Opus 5.5 and GPT-6 Astra. Google said the model strengthens vulnerability detection and secure code generation and topped SEC-Bench Pro and ExploitGym. Pricing matches Argon at $2 per 1 million input tokens and $10 per 1 million output tokens.

Woori Bank targets global easy payments market with \'No Card, No Cash, No App\'

Woori Bank and Samsung Electronics are promoting a service that lets users pay overseas with only a smartphone, without a physical card, cash or a separate local payments app. Woori Bank said Samsung Wallet Money, launched last October, has surpassed 3 million active subscribers. From Oct. 26 it supports payments at WeChat Pay merchants in China and at Mastercard merchants globally. The bank also outlined encryption, tokenisation and monitoring measures for security.
