KB Kookmin Bank arranges South Korea\'s first GPU financing, 10.7 trillion won loan
KB Kookmin Bank has secured the right to arrange financing for an AI computing infrastructure project pursued by global alternative investment manager Brookfield, valued at about 12.6 trillion won. The bank will oversee arranging loans of about 10.7 trillion won, in what it called South Korea\'s first GPU financing. The project will acquire GPU-based AI infrastructure through a special purpose company and supply it long term to Naver Cloud.
