Hana Bank contributes 5.5 billion won to Incheon credit guarantee foundation to expand loans for small merchants

Hana Bank will make a special contribution of 5.5 billion won to the Incheon Credit Guarantee Foundation to support 84 billion won in guaranteed loans for small merchants. The bank said it signed an agreement with the foundation and visited Sinpo International Market and the Namdong National Industrial Complex. It will add 2.0 billion won in the second half after contributing 3.5 billion won in the first half.

Hana Bank, KODIT and Korea Importers Association to support financing for small, mid-sized importers

Hana Bank will work with the Korea Importers Association and the Korea Technology Finance Corp to provide 50 billion won in liquidity to small and mid-sized importing companies. The bank said it signed a financial support agreement on July 20 to back the growth of domestic importers. Hana Bank will make a 700 million won special contribution, and KODIT plans to supply 50 billion won in agreement-backed guarantees.

Shinhan Bank to support SMEs hit by Middle East war with Kibo

Shinhan Bank will work with the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Kibo) to support small and medium-sized firms hurt by instability in the Middle East. The bank said it signed an agreement with Kibo on June 26 for inclusive financial support to help SMEs overcome crises stemming from the Middle East war and related factors. Shinhan will contribute 4 billion won, while Kibo will supply 200 billion won in guarantees using the funds.
