Daishin Securities holds annual shareholders meeting, approves dividend and treasury share cancellation
Daishin Securities on March 24 held its 65th annual general meeting of shareholders at the Daishin Wirye Center and approved seven agenda items as proposed, including its financial statements, director appointments and a dividend plan. The company confirmed consolidated results of 5.064 trillion won in revenue, 301.4 billion won in operating profit and 186.7 billion won in net profit. It also decided cash dividends and a phased cancellation of 15.35 million treasury shares.

Webcash decides to cancel about 680,000 treasury shares to boost shareholder value
Webcash said it filed a disclosure on March 16 on plans to cancel previously acquired treasury shares worth 8.86 billion won. The company said the move is its second shareholder-return measure since 2023, with the cancellation amount about 90 percent larger than the previous one and scheduled for March 31. Webcash said it has pursued shareholder returns through buybacks, cancellations and dividends, while pushing to shift its solutions to AI agent-based offerings.
