Hecto Innovation\'s RROUND launches lowest-price guessing challenge
Hecto Innovation\'s IT-based information services business operates RROUND, a participatory commerce platform, and has launched a “lowest-price guessing challenge.” Users submit bids from 100 won to under 100,000 won for a weekly product, and the lowest unique bid wins the right to buy at that price.
