Shinhan Bank revamps customer advisory committee into two subcommittees
Shinhan Bank held the 2026 launch ceremony for its customer advisory committee on Monday at its headquarters in Seoul. The advisory committee is a customer participation scheme intended to protect financial consumers and improve convenience, including pre-checks before new products and services are launched and suggestions on consumer rights and asset protection. From 2026, the bank will operate two subcommittees covering new products and services and consumer rights and asset protection.
