Shinhan Bank to hire about 130 entry-level bankers in second half, scraps self-introduction essays, adds AI interview
Shinhan Bank will recruit about 130 entry-level bankers in the second half of this year, targeting general positions in retail and corporate finance. It will also run a special hiring round for candidates who passed the second stage of the certified public accountant exam. From this recruitment, the bank will scrap self-introduction essays and introduce video interviews. It will also revamp interviews by integrating in-depth, group and AI collaboration interviews.
