Shinhan Bank opens Patriotism Card pop-up at Yongsan Station, offers preorders for ITZY\'s Yuna card
Shinhan Bank will operate an experiential pop-up store for its Shinhan Patriotism Card aimed at active-duty service members and prospective recruits. The bank said it will run the pop-up from Aug. 14 to 20 at the KTX Yongsan Station concourse. The venue will feature zones for goods, events, preorders for a new card and customization. Visitors can join an event to support military units, and can preorder an ITZY Yuna plate.

BTS Gwanghwamun comeback live watched by 18.4 million worldwide
BTS’ comeback performance in Gwanghwamun drew attention, with Netflix saying 18.4 million people watched the live broadcast in a single day. Agencies for actors Ha Jung-woo and Cha Jung-won said they had no official comment after reports the couple travelled to Hawaii. NCT member Doyoung appeared in military uniform at a dinner hosted by Prime Minister Kim Min-seok. NCT’s Jeno also drew attention over a photo showing an e-cigarette.

KT brings Gwanghwamun Square and AI technologies to MWC26
KT set up a K-culture-themed booth at MWC26 in Barcelona on March 2, recreating Seoul’s Gwanghwamun Square with landmarks such as the King Sejong statue and Sejong Center. It introduced technologies including Agentic Fabric, Agent Builder and Vision Track, and showcased a robot platform, K RaaS. In its network zone, an AI operator using KT’s model “Mideum” explained AI LAN, liquid-immersion-cooled servers and quantum key technology. The booth also offered AI, AR and sports-related experiences.
