OpenAI launches GPT-5.5 and Codex on Amazon Bedrock
OpenAI on Monday launched its latest AI models GPT-5.5 and GPT-5.4, along with coding agent Codex, on Amazon Web Services\' generative AI service Amazon Bedrock. The launch allows South Korean companies to use OpenAI\'s newest models in an AWS environment, with usage integrated into existing AWS cloud commitments. OpenAI said GPT-5.5 focuses on autonomous multi-step tasks, while GPT-5.4 offers better cost efficiency per token for large production workloads.

What is Openclo? Physical AI alliances spread
Interest is rising in the open-source AI agent Openclo, also known as Claude Bot, after it spread among developers online and reached major media headlines in about a week. The tool can automate tasks such as email and calendar management and web search, but it requires users to install it and connect it to Anthropic’s Claude model or ChatGPT. As attention grows, so do security concerns. Separately, alliances around physical AI and digital twins are expanding, including deals involving Nvidia, Dassault Systemes and Siemens. Companies including OpenAI, Apple, Anthropic, Snowflake, Meta, Google and Salesforce also announced new products, features or partnerships.

Apple adds Anthropic and OpenAI agents to Xcode
Apple will add agent-based coding features to its Xcode app development platform, CNBC reported on Monday. The company will integrate OpenAI and Anthropic AI agents so Xcode users can use AI coding functions. Apple Intelligence had delayed AI coding support due to internal issues. With the update, developers can link OpenAI or Anthropic accounts in Xcode using API keys. Apple will also support integration with other AI tools using open standards.
