Fasoo AI launches Wrapsody Core to support AI use of documents while using DRM
Fasoo AI said on Wednesday it has launched Wrapsody Core, designed to help customers build a document management system for AI use while continuing to use existing document rights management (DRM) tools. The company said the product works with DRM to maintain document security while centralising documents and creating an AI-ready data environment. It currently supports integration with Fasoo Enterprise DRM and can be deployed as a single client.

Fasoo AI declares shift to AX solutions, steps up push into U.S. market
South Korean data security company Fasoo has changed its name to Fasoo AI and declared it will become an AI transformation (AX) solutions company. CEO Gyu-gon Cho (조규곤) said the company aims to support sustainable, agent-centric AX that delivers measurable returns. Fasoo introduced three AX stages and highlighted risk management for agents and AI-driven hacking threats. It also unveiled three platforms, including Ellm, Wrapsody and Sparrow, and said it will restructure its U.S. unit into Symbologic, targeting profitability by late next year.
