Fasoo AI declares shift to AX solutions, steps up push into U.S. market
South Korean data security company Fasoo has changed its name to Fasoo AI and declared it will become an AI transformation (AX) solutions company. CEO Gyu-gon Cho (조규곤) said the company aims to support sustainable, agent-centric AX that delivers measurable returns. Fasoo introduced three AX stages and highlighted risk management for agents and AI-driven hacking threats. It also unveiled three platforms, including Ellm, Wrapsody and Sparrow, and said it will restructure its U.S. unit into Symbologic, targeting profitability by late next year.

Fasoo steps up push into global market with private LLM Ellm
Fasoo will participate in the RSAC 2026 Conference, a cybersecurity exhibition to be held in San Francisco from April 23 to 26. At its standalone booth, it plans to present AI-related technologies and services including AI-based data security products, the private LLM Ellm, AI-ready data management and AX consulting. It will also introduce AI-R Privacy, AI-R DLP and the document management solution Wrapsody.

Fasoo CEO Cho Gyu-gon highlights three AX keywords at FDI Summit 2026
Fasoo on Tuesday held its FDI Summit 2026 for CIOs and CISOs from domestic companies and institutions. CEO Cho Gyu-gon described opportunities and threats facing organisations in the AI era and presented response measures. He highlighted business-ready AI agents, building AI governance infrastructure to reduce security threats and establishing AI data infrastructure to manage unstructured data. Executives also presented security consulting strategies and long-term plans based on zero trust principles.
