Woori Bank supports employee career planning with in-house job fair
Woori Bank said it held its in-house job fair, Woori Career EXPO 2nd, at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul, on Jan. 24 to improve employees’ understanding of jobs and support internal career planning. The venue operated 36 job counselling booths, with about 130 incumbent staff from head-office departments providing job and career consultations. The bank expanded mentoring and added experts in corporate finance, wealth management and pensions, along with new booths for global specialists and learning communities.
