Keycard to acquire Anchor, expand AI agent ID security into unified management platform
AI agent security startup Keycard plans to acquire identity management specialist Anchor.dev, SiliconANGLE reported on Feb. 10. Keycard CEO Ian Livingston said security and trust concerns are growing as AI agents gain more authority, and said the deal will strengthen Keycard’s AI agent security technology. Keycard provides short-term, task-based credentials to control agent access. It plans to expand a platform for unified management of AI agent actions and strengthen auditing for API calls and CLI commands.
