Chainlink joins Wemaide-led stablecoin alliance GAKS
Chainlink Labs has officially joined GAKS, a won-based stablecoin alliance led by Wemaide, the company said on Jan. 27. Wemaide said it signed a partnership with Chainlink Labs, a core developer of the Chainlink platform. Launched in November, GAKS aims to comply with global regulations including Korean financial standards and expand real-world use of won stablecoins. Chainlink Labs will support strategy and help establish global standards.
