Soneium seeks to combine K-pop IP with on-chain finance to help creators raise funds
Soneium, a blockchain co-developed by Sony and Startale, plans to launch IP tokenisation projects in music and character fields this year and expand their scale next year. It aims to validate funding and settlement structures through small and mid-sized projects before moving to bigger-budget games or animated films. Soneium sees IP tokenisation as a way to broaden creators’ funding channels by linking investors to project revenue or cash flow.
