KAIT appoints Kim Jeong-gi as full-time vice chairman
The Korea Association for ICT Promotion (KAIT) said on March 9 that Kim Jeong-gi, a former director-general at the Ministry of Science and ICT, has officially taken office as its 11th full-time vice chairman. Kim earned degrees from Seoul National University and a PhD in computer engineering from Virginia Tech. He previously served in a range of government roles, including policy posts and regional postal administration.
