Kakao introduces AI to KakaoTalk gifting to ease present choices
Kakao said on Monday it has fully revamped the ranking tab and product detail pages of KakaoTalk Gift. The company expanded ranking tabs to include sections such as fast-rising, category and gift themes, and added filters by gender, age group and price range, with rankings now listing up to 500 products. It also enhanced product pages with AI-based tags and summaries, starting with beauty, food and health categories.
