SSR to absorb Trinitysoft in merger
South Korean information security consulting and security solutions firm SSR said on Feb. 23 it will absorb its application security subsidiary Trinitysoft in a merger. The transaction will be carried out as a merger of a unit in which SSR holds a 99 percent stake, with the merger date set for April 28. Trinitysoft, founded in January 2005, became a 99 percent subsidiary of SSR in July 2024.
