Cafe24 launches e-commerce integration service with Japan\'s NE
Cafe24 said on Tuesday it signed a business partnership agreement with Japanese e-commerce solution company NE Co. Ltd. to strengthen its push into Japan. The companies will link Cafe24\'s premium service Cafe24 PRO with NE\'s SaaS e-commerce backend system NEXT ENGINE and launch the service in August. The integration will allow Japanese e-commerce operators to handle global storefront setup and order and inventory management in one environment.

Japan\'s biggest IPO of 2026 draws strong debut as taxi app GO jumps 21 percent
Japan taxi-hailing app GO began trading on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth market at 2,910 yen, 21 percent above its IPO price of 2,400 yen. The first trade valued the company at about 226 billion yen. GO said demand was strong from both domestic and overseas investors. The app has more than 35 million cumulative downloads and about 85,000 affiliated taxis. GO forecasts revenue of 40.8 billion yen and operating profit of 7.0 billion yen for the year ended May 2026.

Bitcoin Japan aims for SpaceX stake, formalises AI infrastructure investment business
Bitcoin Japan is investing about 2 billion yen in a private fund designed to gain indirect exposure to SpaceX shares through its U.S. unit, BTCJPN US LLC. The company said the move formalises AI infrastructure investment as a new growth strategy. The structure could deliver 20,160 SpaceX shares in kind if SpaceX proceeds with an IPO. Bitcoin Japan also detailed funding sources, currency conversion steps, due diligence and target return assumptions, while noting fees and IPO-related risks.
