Tmap Mobility moves to secure mobility data with short-form video
Tmap Mobility said on July 9 it will launch “Tmap Short Form,” a service that lets users record and share places they have visited through short videos. The company aims to build data from visit experiences to enhance AI-based place recommendations. The service links video viewing to detailed place information, allowing users to check reviews, hours and menus, save locations and get navigation. Content will come from verified creators and general users, with recommendations shifting toward personalization over time.
