KakaoGames said on Feb. 26 it was named an “Industry Mover” in S&P Global’s 2025 Corporate Sustainability Assessment. The designation is given to the single company in each industry group with the largest year-on-year score increase. Of about 9,200 participating companies, 49 received the grade. KakaoGames also made the Sustainability Yearbook Member list and was the only domestic game company selected this year.

The designation goes to the single company with the largest year-on-year score increase in each industry group. Kakao Games also joined the Sustainability Yearbook Member list. It said it was highly rated in areas including climate strategy, privacy protection, human resources and risk management.
