Sokra AI posts record-high 5.5 billion won in January transaction volume

AI edtech startup Sokra AI said on Tuesday its transaction volume in January totalled 5.5 billion won, up 67 percent from a year earlier and a company record. It said transaction volume in the Japanese market rose 34 percent to 700 million won over the same period. The company attributed the increase to its \'Santa AI TOEFL\' service launched in October.

AI edtech startup Sokra AI said on Jan. 26 it will launch a TOEFL Primary-linked “score guarantee package” on its elementary English service Real Academy. It features up to 6 TOEFL Primary test vouchers and offers multiple official test opportunities so learners can track progress in stages. If scores fall below 750, it provides extended access and additional test vouchers, along with extra learning benefits.
