HubSpot joins shift to results-based pricing for AI agents
HubSpot is changing pricing for its Breeze Customer Agent and Breeze Prospecting Agent from usage-based fees to results-based charges, SiliconANGLE reported on April 2. Customers will be billed only when the agents successfully complete assigned tasks. The Customer Agent moves from $1 per conversation to 50 cents per resolved conversation. The Prospecting Agent shifts from monthly fees based on stored contacts to $1 per qualified lead recommended for outreach.
