Robot AI startup Skilled AI raises $1.4 billion with Nvidia, Samsung participating
Robot AI software company Skilled AI has completed a $1.4 billion funding round, SiliconANGLE reported on Tuesday. Investors include SoftBank, Nvidia\'s NVentures, Bezos Expeditions led by Jeff Bezos, Salesforce Ventures and Samsung Electronics. Skilled AI plans to use the funding to upgrade infrastructure for training AI models and to speed up commercial expansion. The company developed a robot-focused AI model called Skilled Brain that it says does not require training for specific robot hardware.
