Snowflake launches energy industry-focused data solution
Snowflake said on Jan. 28 it has launched Snowflake Energy Solution, a data offering tailored for the energy industry. The company said the solution integrates Snowflake’s data governance capabilities, partner-developed solutions and industry-specific datasets. It said the product helps power, utilities and oil and gas companies connect data dispersed across IT, IoT and OT. Snowflake said it worked with SAP and is also introducing more than 30 new partner solutions.
