Toss signs Sinnonhyeon Station name co-branding deal through August 2029
Toss will be added to the name of Sinnonhyeon Station on Seoul Subway Line 9 starting in September. Seoul Metro Line 9 said on Wednesday it signed a new paid station-name co-branding contract for Sinnonhyeon Station through an open competitive bid. Under the deal, the station will be shown as \"Sinnonhyeon (Toss)\" across eight media types, including entrance signs, platform guidance and train announcements. The winning bid is reported to be around 300 million won.

KB Kookmin Bank selected as Seoul Metro main banking partner for third straight time
KB Kookmin Bank was selected for a third consecutive time as the preferred bidder to serve as Seoul Metro’s main banking partner. If it signs a final contract, it will handle Seoul Metro’s funding and payment operations from 2027 to 2030. The bank has managed those tasks since 2020. It plans to provide operating fund management, an integrated cash management system and digital financial services.

Woori, KB and Shinhan asset trusts sign MOU for Anyang urban complex development project
A consortium comprising Woori Asset Trust, KB Real Estate Trust and Shinhan Asset Trust has signed a memorandum of understanding to push forward an urban complex development project west of Myeonghak Station in Anyang, it said on Saturday. The project aims to redevelop aging residential areas and underused land into a mixed-use space combining housing and commercial functions. The consortium will review the project structure, prepare funding measures and support stakeholder consultations.
