SK Broadband wins labor minister award for industrial accident prevention
SK Broadband said it won a commendation from the Minister of Employment and Labor in the industrial accident prevention category at a 2025 government awards ceremony. The company said it was the only telecommunications firm to receive the ministerial commendation in that field. It cited work led by a dedicated safety organization, agreements with local labor and safety agencies, distribution of safety education webtoons, heat-illness prevention efforts, and extensive campaign broadcasts and banners.
