Hana Bank steps up dementia-stage financial support, expands wealth management and education services

Hana Bank said on Monday it will strengthen financial support tailored to different stages of dementia by running a \"Dementia Peace of Mind Academy\" and revamping a will-substitute trust product. The bank will offer the education programme from March at its Hana The Next lounges. It also renewed its \"100-year Trust\" into \"My Way Trust\", designed to help customers plan asset management, withdrawals and transfers in case of declining judgement.

Hana Bank signs dementia‑safe finance deal with Seoul Metropolitan Center

Hana Bank said it signed an agreement with the Seoul Metropolitan Center for Dementia to support dementia management and senior‑focused financial services. The two sides plan joint work on education, awareness, financial support for patients and families, and staff exchanges. They will also expand programmes such as memory‑friend leader training, cognitive health and financial protection initiatives, and dementia‑safe counselling. A ceremony marking Hana Bank’s designation as a dementia‑friendly company was held at the Euljiro lounge.
