ITCEN Group chairman Kang Jin-mo to run for Korea Billiards Federation president, unveils four pledges
Kang Jin-mo, chairman of ITCEN Group, is running in the election for president of the Korea Billiards Federation (KBF). Ahead of the vote, he announced four pledges and 12 detailed tasks under the vision of connecting billiards with the wider world. Kang said South Korean billiards has world-class skill and participation but lacks matching industrial foundations and international standing. The election will be held by online voting on Oct. 1.
