Apple fixes screen-sharing flaw, three macOS updates are \'key\'

Apple has fixed a serious security vulnerability in the screen-sharing feature across three macOS updates. The measure applies to macOS Sonoma 14.8.9, macOS Sequoia 15.7.9 and macOS Tahoe 26.6.1. Apple initially said the releases included important security fixes and were recommended for all users, then later disclosed details on its security release page. The bug could allow network attackers to bypass authentication without valid credentials.
