Dell Technologies expands NVIDIA-based Dell AI Data Platform lineup
Dell Technologies said on Tuesday it has rolled out a major update to its Dell AI Data Platform with NVIDIA lineup, focusing on stronger enterprise data discovery and use and high-performance storage for AI applications and autonomous AI agents. The update includes the Dell Data Orchestration Engine based on technology from Dataloop, which Dell recently acquired. Dell also added marketplace libraries and support for the latest NVIDIA AI-Q blueprint, and updated storage offerings.

Stacks bitcoin layer 2 boosts DeFi throughput up to 30-fold with upgrade
Stacks Labs applied the SIP-034 upgrade and expanded the network\'s decentralised finance (DeFi) processing capacity by up to 30 times, The Block reported on Tuesday. The upgrade was approved by a governance vote in November and has been activated on the mainnet for use in live applications. Under the change, only resource limits that are exceeded are reset, allowing remaining capacity to process additional transactions.

Nvidia unveils BlueField-4 STX architecture targeting AI storage
Nvidia has unveiled a BlueField-4 STX reference architecture designed to build storage systems for AI clusters, SiliconANGLE reported on March 17. The architecture is based on the BlueField-4 data processing unit and manages data traffic between GPUs and flash storage. It also includes Spectrum-X Ethernet switches and ConnectX-9 SuperNIC to support higher AI storage performance. Nvidia expects partners to ship BlueField-4 STX systems from the second half of 2026.
