SCK shifts to co-CEO structure, appoints Ahn Jae-hyeon as business CEO and Lee Seung-geun as management CEO

South Korean cloud and IT services company SCK said on Tuesday it has shifted to a co-CEO structure to strengthen business expertise and boost management efficiency. It appointed Ahn Jae-hyeon as business CEO to oversee market response and key businesses at SCK and affiliate STK. Lee Seung-geun was named management CEO, responsible for overall management control including finance, human resources and legal affairs, with a focus on internal controls and a stable growth base.

Min E&I signs exclusive distribution deal with STK for GOTCHOO fund incident prevention system

Min E&I, an IT-based corporate risk management company, said on Jan. 22 it signed an exclusive distribution agreement with B2B software distributor STK for its GOTCHOO fund incident prevention system. Under the deal, STK will manage distribution, sales and sales network development, while Min E&I will handle product development, supply and technical support. The company said GOTCHOO monitors company information and financial transactions across multiple channels and alerts executives immediately.
