SCK, a cloud and IT services company, said on Tuesday it has shifted to a co-CEO structure to strengthen business expertise and improve management efficiency, and appointed President Ahn Jae-hyeon (안재현) as its new business CEO.
SCK, founded in 1991, has specialised in software distribution for more than 30 years and runs its business based on the distribution of global software such as Microsoft, Adobe and Autodesk.
Under the co-CEO structure, Ahn will oversee market response and key businesses at SCK and its affiliate STK, while management CEO Lee Seung-geun (이승근) will be responsible for overall management functions including finance, human resources and legal affairs, focusing on strengthening internal controls and laying the foundation for stable growth.
Ahn, appointed as the new business CEO, joined SCK in 1996 and has led major domestic and overseas software distribution businesses for about 30 years. He became a vice president in 2018 and president in 2024 before being appointed business CEO.
Ahn said, "Advancing AI- and SaaS-centred business is an urgent task," adding, "We will focus on expanding cloud security solutions and extending the business into certification and training to raise corporate value by another level." Lee said, "Through the co-CEO structure, we have secured both business expertise and management stability," adding, "We will respond quickly to market changes and accelerate sustainable growth."
