Solum says it will leap beyond ESL to retail solution platform
Solum, a maker of electronic shelf labels, said on Monday it will pivot into a retail solutions company based on its Solum Solution Platform. It aims to go beyond ESL hardware sales by integrating software technologies from startups to provide tailored digital transformation solutions. Solum said it has pursued collaboration with startups and plans to expand the scope globally, while widening applications to autos, data centres, healthcare and beauty.
