LG Electronics wins SDV Innovator Awards for second straight year
LG Electronics said on Jan. 14 it won the 2026 SDV Innovator Awards hosted by U.S. automotive media outlet MotorTrend for the second year in a row. The award recognized its work to develop in-vehicle displays into intelligent interfaces for software-defined vehicles. Kim Kyung-rak, a display development leader at its VS Business Unit, received the Pioneer award. LG Electronics is also developing next-generation display technologies and expanding its SDV solution lineup under LG AlphaWare.
