Jack Dorsey says AI can replace many middle manager roles at Block
Block co-founder Jack Dorsey (잭 도시) laid out a plan for artificial intelligence to take over many tasks typically handled by middle managers, such as tracking projects, identifying issues, assigning work and sharing key information. Dorsey said AI can coordinate organisations faster than people and that Block is in the early stages of shifting to such a model. The company also outlined three employee role tracks, while saying humans will remain involved in core business and ethical decisions.
