SKT says most satisfying compensation was 50 percent bill discount
SK Telecom said customer satisfaction was highest with a 50 percent fee discount and additional data benefits offered under its “Responsibility and Promise” programme implemented after a cyber incident last year. In a survey of 4,978 customers, the August one-month 50 percent discount ranked first, while 50GB of extra data from August to December was also well received. SKT also provided free SIM replacements and other measures.
