LinkedIn to build AI skills certification system
LinkedIn will build a system that uses usage data from major AI apps to help users receive official certification for AI skills, TechCrunch reported on Jan. 28. The integration includes video and podcast editor Descript, coding app Lovable and Replit, and AI agent-building platform Relay.app. Once obtained, the certification will appear on users’ LinkedIn profiles to help prove capabilities in the job market.
