Red Hat to roll out enterprise Linux for NVIDIA
Red Hat said on Jan. 7 it will expand its collaboration with NVIDIA, citing enterprise AI development and rack-scale AI innovation. The company will provide Red Hat Enterprise Linux for NVIDIA as part of the cooperation. The product is optimised for the NVIDIA Rubin platform. Red Hat CEO Matt Hicks said NVIDIA’s architecture innovation has made AI an essential technology and that Red Hat and NVIDIA plan to provide Day 0 support for the latest NVIDIA architecture across Red Hat’s hybrid cloud and AI portfolio.
