Spotify launches AI-based Prompt Playlist in U.S. and Canada
Spotify has launched an AI-based “Prompt Playlist” for premium subscribers in the United States and Canada, TechCrunch reported on Jan. 22. Users can type longer descriptions than earlier AI playlist prompts to generate music they want. The AI analyses real-time trends, charts, culture and listening history to create tailored playlists. Users can also adjust settings to avoid reflecting their tastes to discover new music, and build playlists using non-music cues.
