Jeff Bezos pushes $100 billion fund, led by manufacturer AX
Amazon founder Jeff Bezos is pushing a plan to raise a $100 billion fund to use AI to transform traditional manufacturing, TechCrunch reported on March 19, citing the Wall Street Journal. The WSJ said the effort is linked to AI startup Project Prometheus and includes acquiring companies in aerospace, semiconductors and defence and introducing AI-based automation. Bezos has served as co-CEO since November.
