Korea Post introduces Naver booking service for parcel shipments using phone numbers
Korea Post will introduce a system that lets customers book and pay for parcel shipments through Naver’s platform. The Ministry of Science and ICT’s Postal Service will launch the “Post Office Parcel Naver Booking” service from March 31, allowing users to reserve and pay directly from Naver’s search bar. After entering item and recipient details and paying, customers can visit a post office and send parcels using only a phone number.
